Prof. Raath has contributed more than 150 contributions to accredited journals. Prof. Raath is included in the Marquis Who's Who in the World - Chronicle of Human Achievement - for outstanding scholarly achievement for 2004/2005, and is also the recipient of a diploma for outstanding contributions to the fields of history, law and philosophy, awarded by the Cambridge Biographical Centre.

Mr. de Freitas is Senior Lecturer in International Law and Constitutional Law at the said Faculty. He has authored a number of research articles in foreign and local academic journals, and is also a doctoral student in Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence. Areas of interest include the relationship between religion and the law, as well as legal ethics.
